Avoid Lisbon Service Apartments - Highly Unprofessional

The apartments are centrally located. However there ends anything remotely positive about this property. The service is non-existent. We checked-in on a Friday only to find that the air conditioners were not working at all. Some lights including those in the bathroom were not working too. On calling the help line, the most unhelpful attendant informed us that they would try and send some one the next day which would be a Saturday. On Saturday, another attendant informed us that the air conditioners could not be fixed and this was a known problem. On calling the helpline, we were informed that any complaint would have to be in writing. We were also informed that there was no certainty or clarity on when the problem would be resolved and we could leave if that was unacceptable. All written emails too yielded no result. The attendant on the helpline phone was rude and arrogant. With all surrounding hotels being full and no sign of any commitment by Lisbon Service Apartment to fix the problem or refund the booking amount, we were left with no choice but to stay in extremely hot and unlivable conditions after having paid over Euros 1000 for 4 nights. This is the worst experience ever on any holiday. The administration is dishonest and there is no attempt to resolve any issues. Travellers booking this property should certainly reconsider and totally avoid. They know how to make your holiday a very frustrating experience. Regards, Vikram

Horrible Place! Whole apartment smells of Indian cooking from the restaurant below

There is nothing positive about this place. We booked a one bedroom apartment for 3 of us. The whole place is poorly lit and poorly maintained. Stains and hair can be found on the bedsheet. Floor is dusty Cutlery looks stained And worse of all, the whole apartment smells like the kitchen of the Indian restaurant below. For us, it was terribly choking and impossible to endure. We packed up and left for another hotel after having already paid up in full for the 3 nights It was that bad Book this place at your own peril

Three of us stayed here in this apartment. It is very centrally located in Lisbon, and very near to the pedestrian street. Apartment was 1 bedroom with a sofa bed and had a dining area. It was very clean and well cared for. Check in is via a kiosk, which makes it easy and convenient. It was very reasonably priced. Would definitely stay here again when we are in Lisbon.

Noisy, Dirty and No service

I am surprised that this property got good reviews at all. Impossible to get any sleep in the apartment, super Noisy, also dirty found hair everywhere. The Daily maintenance didn't even come. Honestly I am shocked that they still operate and charge money for this apartment. I asked for the money back without any luck. They refused me. Bad people. I cannot recommend this place.

Lousy service. Flat dirty upon arrival, placed on fifth floor with lift only working to 4 th floor. No one to help with luggage. A/c noisy , they said they will send someone non one came. Cleaning should have arrived at 3:00 arrive d at 5:00 pm. Internet week.
